1. Who we are

Natallia Pellew trading as Sweet Moments (sole trader), Villa Camellia, Rue des Murs, St Lawrence, Jersey JE3 1EB ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at natalia@sweetmoments.me. These terms govern your purchase and use of the online Zefir flower course ("the Course") sold on sweetmoments.me.

2. The Course

The Course is a self-paced, online video course teaching you to make and style moulded zefir flowers. It includes video lessons, written guidance, downloadable PDF resources and, when you complete the course project, a certificate.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our merchant of record. At checkout you pay Paddle, Paddle issues your invoice and handles applicable taxes, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment itself. Your card statement may show Paddle. We never see your card details.

4. Course access — one year

Your purchase gives you access to the Course for one year from the date of purchase. Access is delivered by email to the address you used at checkout, with a personal link to the course area. Keep your login details safe; we may ask you to confirm your email address before reissuing access links.

5. Personal use only

Course access is for your personal, non-commercial learning only and is not transferable. You agree that you will not:

Making your own zefir flowers, selling them, and teaching your own techniques from what you have learned is encouraged — what is protected is our course content itself.

6. Intellectual property

All course videos, written materials, PDFs, images and branding are the intellectual property of Natallia Pellew trading as Sweet Moments. Purchasing the Course gives you a limited licence to view and use the materials for your own learning for the duration of your access; it does not transfer any ownership or right to reproduce them.

7. Certificate

A certificate of completion is issued after you submit a photograph of one finished zefir project through the course area's "Submit your project" step. The certificate records that you completed the Course; it is not a professional qualification.

8. No guarantee of business results

The Course teaches you skills. It does not promise or guarantee income, business success or customer demand — results depend on your practice, your market and your own efforts.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, and are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

10. Our responsibility

We provide the Course with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the price you paid for the Course. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes

We may update the Course and these terms from time to time. Material changes to these terms will be shown on this page with a new "last updated" date. Updated course content is included in your access for your access year.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, without prejudice to the consumer protections you are entitled to where you live.
